zirconia nozzle tundish
Zirconia metering nozzle has two types;monolithic metering nozzle and insert metering nozzle.
Monolithic metering nozzle is produced using the imported zicornia sand from Australia and stabilized zicornia from Japan.
The liner part is produced from stabilized zicornia from Japan and the body part is produced with high-grade bauxite.
Tundish upper nozzle
We can supply a series kinds of Ladle Shroud and stopper and tundish upper nozzle and so on.
Ladle shroud is used to protect the steel stream from splashing and oxidation as it flows into the tundish. The products could serve over 10 hours of casting. The significant characteristics of the products are re-useable and no preheating requirement.

3. Spinel materials for the bowl structure to assure better adoption of stopper and exceptional good resistance to slag corrosion.

5. Standard material to prevent Al2O3 adhesion inside the nozzle.
6. Standard argon injection structure to prevent air suction.
