Products profile:
Rolling mill is mainly used in steel factory which produce deformed bar, wire rod, channel steel , flat bar,steel plate or other products.
Deformed bar hot rolling line is divided into continuous rolling and semi-continuous rolling.For continuous rolling, rolling type is double-groove single-line.
Billet hot charging and directly rolled reduces the billet storage procedure compared with traditional production type. It reduces storage area, as a result factory area is reduced and investment is saved, cash flow is increased at the same time. Billet hot charging and directly rolled make cold billet heating procedure before rolling unnecessary; it increases yield rate, reduces energy consumption and lower the production costs to attain better economic benefits. It also reduces scale generated in heating furnace by secondary heating and increases 0.3-0.5% yield rate.
